Digital Downloads

Because Kondor Store sells digital products, purchases are generally final once the file has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.

File Issues

If your file is missing, corrupted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we will provide a replacement or fix the issue at no extra cost.

Custom Orders

Deposits for custom design work are non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled before work begins, refund eligibility may be reviewed case by case.

No Refunds For

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of software knowledge, or failure to read the product description.
